I am licensed in New York and California and can only see patients who are physically located in those states at the time of the appointment.

The initial evaluation lasts 60–90 minutes. We will review your history, current concerns, and goals, then discuss psychotherapy and, if appropriate, medication treatment options.

Yes. I am currently accepting new patients.

I take Aetna insurance through Headway. For out of network/private pay patients I can provide a receipt (“superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a full session fee.

Follow-up sessions are typically 30 or 45 minutes, depending on your needs and the treatment plan we establish.
