Conditions

Anxiety, panic, and chronic stress

We specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, and chronic stress. Our approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and medication management when appropriate. We help you develop practical coping strategies to manage worry, reduce panic symptoms, and build resilience against daily stressors.

Obsessive compulsive symptoms (OCD)

Our OCD treatment program utilizes exposure and response prevention (ERP), the gold standard for OCD treatment. We work with you to understand your specific obsessions and compulsions, then gradually help you face fears while resisting compulsive behaviors. Whether you struggle with contamination fears, intrusive thoughts, or checking rituals, we provide compassionate, structured support tailored to your needs.

ADHD and focus difficulties

We offer comprehensive ADHD assessment and treatment for adults, including medication management, executive function coaching, and behavioral strategies. Our approach addresses inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, time management challenges, and organizational difficulties. We help you develop systems and structures that work with your brain, not against it, to improve productivity and quality of life.

Depression and bipolar spectrum

Our depression and bipolar treatment integrates psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions. We address symptoms ranging from persistent low mood and loss of interest to mood cycling and energy fluctuations. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, interpersonal therapy, and mood stabilization strategies, we help you achieve symptom relief and prevent relapse.
